Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. We can also set it up on your shop computer so it works without internet.
Can my staff use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen is available in Bangla and English, and each person can switch with one tap.
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
Yes. Any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works — scan and the medicine is added to the bill.
How does it stop expired medicine being sold?
Every batch has an expiry date. When you sell, stock is taken from the batch that expires first, and expired batches are blocked automatically.
Can I control what my staff can see?
Yes. Cashiers can bill and see stock, but only owners and managers can see profit, void sales, give refunds or change stock.
